A review into the conduct of the Serious Fraud Office (SFO) is beginning. The probe, which follows the SFOs handling of the Unaoil bribery case, will seek to answer why disclosure failures became an in the case, how third parties can be better engaged in the future, and which related culture changes will need to occur at the SFO.
The case is being investigated on behalf of attorney general, Suella Braverman by David Calvert-Smith. The findings should be presented by the end of May.
