The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has completed its investigation on former Supreme Court secretary Nurhadi and his son-in-law Rezky Herbiyono in a case of alleged bribery pertaining to cases the court handled between 2011 and 2016.
KPK acting spokesperson Ali Fikri said prosecutors had handed over their dossier to the Jakarta Corruption Court on Wednesday.
“We are now waiting for the court to schedule the first hearing for the trial,” Ali said in a statement. The antigraft body named Nurhadi a graft suspect for allegedly accepting three checks and Rp 46 billion (US$3.1 million) in cash as bribes in connection with three Supreme Court cases between 2011 and 2016.
