The Commonwealth Heads of Anti Corruption Agencies in Africa have commended the government for commitment in the fight against corruption.
They also commended the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) for its efforts in combating corruption in the country.
This was during the 5th Commonwealth Regional Conference for heads of Anti-Corruption agencies held in Dar-es Salam, Tanzania last week. The conference was organised by the Common-wealth Secretariat.
In a statement, ACC Public Relations Officer Jabu Phakathi said at the conference, the commission delivered a country paper that detailed national and institutional initiatives in combating corruption.
