Perkasa agreed today with Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad’s criticisms on how corrupt top politicians seemingly get away with it while those who lodge reports against them are questioned by the police instead.
The former prime minister wrote on his blog earlier today, questioning why ministers or individuals caught “indulging in luxuries more than their salaries” were not questioned by the police, with the authorities questioning those who lodged reports against the ministers instead.
“I agree with Dr Mahathir. In fact, I have also said the same thing when I was in office back then,” Perkasa president Datuk Ibrahim Ali, who used to be Pasir Mas MP, told a press conference here today.
