Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Alka Lamba on Monday said her party dreams of making Delhi the first corruption-free state in the country.
“We look upon Delhi as an ideal state which has been led on the path of progress. It is our dream to see Delhi as the first corrupt-free state of the country. It is this ideology, this ambition which is forcing people to compare and question the Central government with the state with regards to how much the former has achieved in the past one year to bring about developmental changes in Delhi,” Lamba told ANI here.
“In these 100 days, we had promised big things like power and water. And, we have carried out those promises. We fought against corruption. This government is for the common people, elected by the common people, elected by the common people of the state. So the real power of making decision lies with them,” she added.
