International Anti-Corruption Academy is welcoming applications for its two Regional Summer Academies: South & East Asia and Central & South America. Featuring leading regional and international lecturers, both events will address region-specific topics and enable the exchange of knowledge, experience, and good practices among participants. These two Regional Summer Academies are co-sponsored by the Siemens Integrity Initiative.
Regional Summer Academy South & East Asia will take place from 30 August to 6 September 2019 in Seoul, Korea with an aim to bring together participants from 14 countries and areas to exchange knowledge, experience, and good practices in the region. Citizens of Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, China (including Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and Macao Special Administrative Region), Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, India, Iran (Islamic Republic of), Japan, Maldives, Mongolia, Nepal, Pakistan, Republic of Korea and Sri Lanka are eligible to apply. Regional Summer Academy Central & South America will be held from 20 to 27 September 2019 in São Paulo, Brazil. IACA invites the applications of anti-corruption and compliance professionals from the following countries: Argentina, Belize, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Guyana, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Uruguay and Venezuela. The interdisciplinary programme will be delivered by experts from all over the world including those from within the region and is a great chance to exchange ideas with peers from diverse countries and sectors.
