Former Bali nine lawyer Muhammad Rifan will refuse to answer questions next week about his explosive claims that judges asked for bribes before sentencing Andrew Chan and Myuran Sukumaran to death.
Mr Rifan told Fairfax Media he would not attend the judicial commission on Monday out of respect for the families of the men, who are still in mourning.
He said he had yet to receive a summons from the judicial commission, which is investigating the bribery allegations.
“Even if I receive any summons I will not be attending,” Mr Rifan said.
